Stupid Saturday!

Apologies that this is so very very late, I have been so busy present shopping, "partying" and recovering, that I have had no spare time to update my blogs =[. 

Sooo, here is my Stupid Saturday list... on Monday! 

1. I learnt that afternoon literally meant "after the noon"...and midnight is "middle of the night". 

Amazing what you learn after 22 years of hearing it all the time! It just never clocked with me!

2. I went to go to the gym on Thursday... I had all my gym stuff except for my gym jogging bottoms. I was wearing jeans, so there was no way I was going in jeans and a gym vest! Worst thing was, I had already parked in a pay and display car-park... typically forgetting that the gym has a free one next to it!

3.I spent £70 on myself. Near Chistmas. Dammit! 

That's all I can remember!

Sunday Style

It's Sunday. An often boring day, for most people. Not everything is open, public transport is scarce, and home to the usual "Sunday family roast".
Not for me. 
No.
This is how I used to live. I used to wake up on my own. Boring. Wash my hair. Boring. Have family dinner. Boring. Wait for a bus or two. Boring. See my then boyfriend (now fiancé). Not so Boring I guess. But we usually did nothing. Boring. 
Now, I make the most of our Sunday's together. We wake up together, and we will go somewhere. And I make an effort in what I wear. So I thought, why not share it with you lovely lot!? 
Today, my fiancé and I went to Leeds Castle, and this is my Sunday Style: 

 Tweed Jacket: Jane Norman

Wine Jeans: Topshop
Boots: New Look

Necklace: Camden Stables Market
Bag: Topshop (old)

I am in love with these wine jeans at the moment. They are so different, and surprisingly, they go with a lot of things, but I personally think plain block colours look the best with them. This is my favourite combination. That's not to say that patterned tops won't go, I just honestly haven't tried it yet!
Also lovin' the tweed. I have has so many people complimenting me in it, (and the jacket itself of course!) I guess I'm not the only one who loves a bit o' tweed! Get it yourself here

Stupid Saturday

I am aiming for this blog to have structure. One of the "walls of the house" is this regular post that I am trialling – “Stupid Saturday”.

This is basically where I note several things that I have done or said in that week that have been stupid!
You can also do the same if you want, get those silly, little things off your chest! Just do your post, take the little button, kindly add it to your blog and away you go! 

I have been stupid this week because....

1. I very recently learned (only yesterday) that afternoon literally meant “after the noon” as in 12 noon. I thought it was clever!

2. I took my fiancé for granted. Long story. Short outcome = I was stupid

3. I thought I could pay for a £2603 course on my credit card, without there being too many consequences. I was wrong.

4. I drank a coffee...for the first time in a very long time. In the morning, at work. This was stupid, because I had too much energy, and could not sit still. Therefore, my work was not getting down as quick as I hoped!

5. I thought I was being clever when I used the sandwhich filler I bought last Friday sparingly. I ended up using only half of it, leaving the other half to go mouldy. Great!

6. I bought more clothes. Obvious reasons as to why that was stupid! 

7. I left my anti-bacterial handwash at home. Illness is rife here at work!

There's all the stupid things I have done this week, that I can remember!
